On September 17, 2015 Vacheron Constantin introduced an achievement throughout the entire existence of timekeeping: Reference 57260, the world’s most complicated convenient watch to date.

On October 29, 2015 the three watchmakers who went through eight years of their lives making this work of art got an uncommon honor: Jean-Luc Perrin and brothers Micke and Yannick Pintus were called to the Grand Théâtre’s stage to acknowledge the Special Jury prize at the 2015 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.

Under the aegis of Vacheron Constantin’s bespoke watch division, Atelier Cabinotiers , which offers epicureans the opportunity to commission a hand crafted watch as indicated by their own preferences and plans (inside the limits of the brand’s style), Reference 57250 appeared containing 57 capacities, some of which had at no other time been found in a timepiece.
